Returns Policy

General Information About Returns

Please check the design carefully before you order. This saves any confusion about things. I am very happy to be contacted if you are unsure (chris@still-moving-art.com, or via Chat).

Downloads (Printable Images and Smart TV Art)

I don't accept returns or exchanges on digital files.
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
I can make adjustments to size (and sometimes colour).
I will gladly accept cancellations, if requested within 1 hour of purchase.

Prints

Orders for prints are placed on-demand (i.e. not from stock). So if you change your mind, and contact me within 24 hours of purchase, I will cancel the order at no cost to you.

If the print arrives damaged (or is lost), please advise immediately. I will issue a replacement at no charge.

If you have any other problems with your order, please do contact me and I will attempt to sort it out for you.
